Inspired by Corey. Created to help others thrive.
Corey’s Farm began with one family’s experience of seeing just how powerful a connection with animals and nature could be.
Born prematurely in 2014, Corey spent much of his early childhood in and out of hospital and was later diagnosed with KBG Syndrome, a rare condition associated with complex health and additional needs. Time spent with animals became an important part of his development, helping to build his confidence, communication and wellbeing.
Corey’s love of animals and the outdoors inspired his parents, Holli and Alan ‘Eggy’, to create something that could give other children, young people and families the opportunity to experience those same benefits. In 2021, Corey’s Farm became a registered charity.
Today, Holli brings her background in teaching Animal Care and Husbandry to her role as founding CEO, while Alan draws on his experience working with children and young people as an Outdoor Adventure Leader. Alongside their professional experience is something equally important: a first-hand understanding of raising and supporting a child with complex additional needs.
